How does a job with you work?

At the beginning of each order, a clarifying initial meeting takes place, in which we determine your requirements together.

Once these are established, I will provide you with a comprehensive offer with sketches, time and cost breakdown, as well as a list of the service to be provided.

After acceptance of the offer, the implementation will take place at the agreed time. Throughout the project we work closely together and through regular exchanges and the presentation of interim results, it is ensured that the goal is not missed.

If the result is satisfactory and as desired after a final acceptance, you will then receive the invoice.

What if errors are discovered after the order has been completed?

Errors are annoying – that’s why they are prevented as much as possible by extensive testing during and after implementation.

Nevertheless, it can of course happen, especially with larger projects, that an error creeps in.

Of course I will fix them as soon as possible and free of charge.

It is important that my project is implemented as soon as possible.

I offer to work on your project in the evenings/at night as well as on weekends and holidays for an extra charge. You can find more information on the prices page.

I have change requests after order completion or need support.

I offer support and change requests at my regular prices. Alternatively, you can book a fixed amount of support and work (for changes) at any time, so you don’t have to go through the process of commissioning and confirming orders for every case.

Can I pay in installments?

We are happy to discuss different payment methods for larger projects!
